The Finals

Lately, there are three things that Americans can seemingly count on: Death, Taxes, and the Warriors playing the Cavs in the finals. For a third straight year, the Cleveland Cavaliers will face the Golden State Warriors for the NBA championship. In Steph Curry’s first MVP season, the Warriors won a championship. That was two years ago. Last year, Steph won his second straight MVP, and the Warriors won an NBA record 73 games in the regular season. Up 3-1 in the Finals with home court advantage, Steph choked. The Cavs won 3 straight and the Championship. Lebron James won Finals MVP. This year though, the Warriors signed Kevin Durant, a former MVP and a top three player in world. Durant, Curry, as well as Draymon Green and Klay Thompson are all in their primes. Andre Iguandala is also a force off the bench. Can Lebron, Kyrie, and Love lead the Cavs past the super team Warriors? Only time will tell.
